(The words that I have spoken to you, they are spirit and are life, John 6:63, NASB) Still on the matter, one of the reason the world is finding it difficult to grasp and accepts the message of salvation is because we have failed to live and acts the very word we preach and claim to profess. It becomes a mere propaganda in the eyes of the world until it is acted upon.  The book of Acts 1:1 said thus…Jesus began to do and to teach .  We can see that our master the lord Jesus Christ preceded words by His actions. He didn’t just preach it, He lived the word. The word of God is meant to be lived and not just preached and taught alone. The world is tired of messages and words that has little or no connection to them instead they are interested on how we live and apply the word in our own lives.  Jesus Christ lived the word He preached by ministering to the physical and emotional needs of those around Him even as He went about preaching and teaching the world abo...

A Call for Testimonies Sometimes, the reason why the world find it difficult to accept our message of Christ and salvation is that we focus on the condemnation and ignore the essence of our testimonies. Our testimonies should be an attraction to the Kingdom of God and an attestation of the transformation that occurred in our lives when we encountered and accepted Him. As at the last time I checked, Jesus come did not propagate the message of condemnation but rather He promoted the message of salvation and good news in order for us to have the ultimate experience with Him and those that will accepts Him. I urge us this day to follow suit by expounding and sharing the testimonies of our encounter and experience with Christ and I see men clinging to and running after the source of our testimonies in Jesus name. #BeuHavi  www.mondaypaul.blogspot.com

It becomes an issue when Christians complain of their inability to hear from God or sometimes He seems to be far from them or in a worst case scenario,they can't feel His presence in their lives. they feel dry and empty and from a distant, you could feel the dust reeking from their spiritual frame.  They become a loner and a soloist as they attempts to play out the musical notes for their lives. they become psyched up and resigned to their detached state from source. They become the proverbial wanderer from purpose and a fugitive to the real life they were supposed to live. Life becomes a series of monologue instead of a dialogue. From the perspective of spiritual security,  in terms of command and control, It remains a tool for the enemy to strike without the hope for succour. Substance Over Form (IV) One cunning ploy of the enemy to make us pursue form over substance is the miscalculated pursuit for ambition. Ambition itself is a healthy phenomenon but the drive for it could become a ready made weapon the devil is ever willing to use when we we become entangle in it. Absalom is a ready made case study, got neutralise in his quest to pursue a form. We become a slave to the form of our existence instead of the master of the substance we are meant to be. Ambition in the absence of substance is a sure way to calamity and emptiness at the end of the day. Substance Over Form (II) There seems to be a disturbing trend within the confines of Christianity today, it manifest in the manner whereby Christians embrace a form of godliness but ignoring the substance upon which the form is built.  What then is this substance? The substance is the life of christ manifesting in righteousness, it is christ in us the hope of glory. It is the expression of the dunamis power of God in the life of a true believer. It is the in dwelling power of God in us. Infact, it is eternal pentecost within us. We are to earnestly crave and pursue the substance of our salvation over the form. The form of life could be deceitful and misleading but the substance is a sanctuary of rest and protection. The substance is light that shine through unto the brighter day. Sometimes, it is very funny how we try to rewrite the laws that govern our relationship with God. Some of us try to rewrite the terms and conditions in a bid to suits our inordinate desires and in a bid to box God into a corner. We try to imply an unwritten rule that allows for flexibility as we relates to God for our selfish gains without considering the Writer of the treaty for our life One of the ways we have reverse the applicable statute as it relates to us all can be seen from the book of Saint Matthew 6:33, "seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all this things shall be added unto you" . I used to think mere possession of knowledge about so many concepts was enough guarantee for a distinguished and illustrious life. I belonged to the school of thought that believed power is derived by defaults by the ordinary possession of knowledge. I was right in the sense of the ordinary but wrong in the realm of the depth. It is the power from above that gives knowledge a chance and an opportunity for expression. It silenced the opposition when questioned.
