SUSTAINING YOUR THICKNESS

                         

 
While we were yet embryos, the configuration to make us stand out in life was genetically engineered in us to ensure we don't lack the necessary make-up for us to succeed as we embark on the life journey called Destiny.
 
The world marvels and yearn for that which makes us thick among the packs (of similarities, sycophancy, sheer and pathological mediocrity).
 
Your thickness is your identity and signature on the pages of destiny. It carries the drive for excellence in whatever you do. What makes you thick is your highest selling point and your brand identity. It is what makes you highly sought after and well prized. It is your real value in the market of it kind. It is also what people look forward to see in you. It is your default intellectual property, it is even called Goodwill by some. It cannot be transferred with the same potency and potentials. It can't be stolen.
 
Your purpose in life depends on it to be fulfilled, your vision carries the framework of it eventual manifestation. What makes you thick is likened to your Business Support system for the actualization of your purpose in life. Your fulfilment in life depends on how you deploy your thickness to the complexities, problems and whims associated with life. Nothings propels a person more than his thickness. When your thickness is appropriately channeled, it draws and attracts the right kind of people you need in your life.
 
Our thickness serves dual role in the attraction and repelling of certain characters around us and those we need as we trudged on the path of life, destiny and purpose.
 
You must however understands that your thickness needs to be nurtured and sustained if it legacies must outlive your life. You must strive to maintain, sustain and nurture it as you row against the storms of life and it complementary challenges and waves. Your thickness is not meant to be treated with contempt, it must be treated with care and it must be celebrated by you and yourself first. Don't ever allow your thickness to loose it presumed myth. Don't allow your thickness to become demystify and neutralise. When your thickness is neutralise, you become a featherweight in the affairs of life. Friends, find and sustain your thickness.

Repairing the Breaches

Then Elijah said to all the People, “come near to me.” So all the people came near to him. And he repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down.  (1 Kings 18:30, NKJV) A spiritual peek into the lives of the nations and that of men around us reveals ruins of broken down place of worship that has fallen into a state of disrepair and neglects. The personal and the cooperate prayer altars of men and nations has become broken down to the extents that they now qualify to be called museum of past encounter. The personal and cooperate altars of nation and individuals has become breached as a result of neglects and false worship. Listening

"Now then, my sons, listen to me And do not depart from the words of my mouth." (Proverbs 5: 7) The hustling and the bustling in our world today has altered and transformed our relationship with God. It has become the noise that drowns and dwarves every voice that contains an express word for God's people.  We have become so used to the noise in the world that we have lost touch with the person of the Word (Jesus) speaking into our lives. The din of the noise emanating from the world has discounted the word that is meant expressly for us and for the high calling of God for our lives. We have missed so many key appointments in our spiritual calendar because of our inability to hear from God per time, per season!
